Mary started Lighthouse Title in 2004 when she relocated from North Carolina. 20 years as a bookkeeper prepared her well for a career in the compliance-heavy title industry. When she's not in the office, Mary enjoys bowling and visiting new places.

Susan Hively,
President

Susan was a mortgage processor for 15 years before becoming a licensed Florida title insurance agent in 2015. She loves spending time with her husband and their dog. A self-professed Foodie, Susan can often be seen accessorizing her food. Ask her about her latest creation.

Nancy Scott,
Closing Manager

Nancy has 29 years of title agency experience. She joined Lighthouse Title in 2015 after becoming a licensed Florida title agent. She lives in Flagler county and handles a lot of our mobile closings.

Christina joined Lighthouse Title in 2019, after working in the non-profit industry for a number of years. She worked quickly to become a licensed title agent, completing her certification at the beginning of 2021. As a Volusia County native she is a Florida girl at heart, and enjoys exploring our local springs in her free time and serving her community through her local church. She is always willing to offer a helping hand with your title needs!

Jordan Cooper,
Closing Specialist

Jordan graduated from Keiser University in 2012 and joined Lighthouse shortly thereafter. As the mother of three children, Jordan is a master multi-tasker and helps with title searches and file processing.
